Hoytes Transportation LLC complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing transportation, including:

DOT (Department of Transportation) vehicle maintenance, inspection, and driver qualification regulations

All drivers are fully vetted, licensed, and trained in accordance with these regulations.
We are committed to responsible freight handling throughout the shipping process. While we make every effort to ensure secure transport, the following policies apply:
Shipments are accepted based on declared weight, size, and contents
Maximus Dynamics is not liable for pre-loaded freight not inspected prior to pickup
Any concealed damage, incomplete documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading), or improperly packaged cargo may impact liability
Customers must declare any hazardous, fragile, or temperature-sensitive items at time of booking
Cargo claims must be submitted within the time period stipulated by law or contract terms, along with required documentation.
We carry commercial auto liability insurance and cargo insurance to cover standard transit risks. Optional higher-value coverage can be arranged upon request for high-risk or high-value loads.
Customers are responsible for obtaining additional insurance if required for their cargo.
Maximus Dynamics will not transport the following without prior written agreement and proper certification:
Hazardous materials (unless properly packaged and labeled)
Perishables requiring refrigeration unless equipment is pre-arranged
Live animals or biological specimens
Explosives, firearms, or illegal substances
Currency, precious metals, or irreplaceable documents
We reserve the right to reject or return any shipment that poses a risk to safety or compliance.
We make every effort to deliver freight on time. However, Maximus Dynamics is not responsible for delays caused by:
Acts of God (weather, natural disasters)
Traffic, construction, or law enforcement stops
Mechanical failure despite scheduled maintenance
Incomplete delivery instructions or failed receiver availability
We communicate proactively with clients to manage expectations and minimize disruption.
To ensure successful delivery, clients must:
Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact numbers, and access instructions
Confirm freight dimensions, pallet count, and any special handling needs
Ensure loading/unloading locations are accessible for box trucks or semis
Notify us of schedule changes or cancellations in advance
Failure to meet these conditions may result in service delays, fees, or cancellation.
Any disputes related to service, claims, or charges shall be reviewed by our dispatch and operations team in accordance with FMCSA and applicable civil procedures. Unresolved issues may be subject to mediation or local court jurisdiction depending on the client contract.
All Maximus Dynamics drivers and contracted operators are expected to maintain:
A professional appearance (uniformed when applicable)
Courteous and respectful behavior at all pickup and drop-off locations
Zero tolerance for substance use, harassment, or unsafe driving behavior
Full cooperation with on-site personnel and customers during loading/unloading
Violations may result in driver suspension and are addressed under internal disciplinary procedures.
Our fleet is maintained to industry standards through routine inspections and preventative maintenance schedules. Vehicles are checked regularly for:
Brake performance
Tire condition
Lights and signaling systems
Load securement equipment
Cleanliness and appearance
Any unit deemed unsafe is removed from service immediately until repaired and recertified.
Additional charges may apply in the following cases:
Detention time (loading/unloading delays beyond the agreed time window)
Liftgate or inside delivery service
Residential or limited-access location surcharges
Reconsignment, redelivery, or reattempts due to consignee unavailability
All charges are disclosed in advance or invoiced with supporting delivery documentation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel pickup or delivery if:
The shipment violates stated prohibited goods policies
The location is unsafe or inaccessible for our equipment
Required documentation (BOL, PO, COI) is missing or invalid
The freight is damaged, improperly packaged, or mislabeled at pickup
In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately with an option to reschedule or retrieve the freight.
To ensure dispatch integrity and routing efficiency:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch time
Same-day cancellations may incur a truck order not used (TONU) fee
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may affect pricing or delivery windows
Frequent late cancellations may result in account review or service restrictions.
