A fixture delivery fails when the cartons arrive in a trailer the backroom cannot unload, or when the pieces for one store are buried under another city. Hoytes runs enclosed box trucks so a remodel can receive the gondolas, shelving, and related cartons it actually needs that day.
This is not white-glove furniture placement and it is not a store-install crew. We haul and unload at the level the stop allows: dock, liftgate, or ground, as agreed before dispatch. Assembly inside the sales floor is the installer.
Central Indiana retail, from Indianapolis strips to Hamilton and Hancock County shops, is the usual map. Longer Indiana lanes such as Fort Wayne or Jeffersonville are scheduled, not squeezed onto a local remodel route.
Send the piece count, the store address, and the receiving window. A midnight reset and a Tuesday dock appointment are different trucks.
